Following the Montreal Canadien's management visit, Ivan Demidov’s ice time increased by more than six minutes per game. This boost enhanced his scoring pace and sparked his two-way development. Without diminishing his more creative side, he has been able to safeguard his team and reload above the play ahead of turnovers. He’s also rapidly improving at managing the puck, playing his defensive roles, and stealing possession from the opposition.

This recent development significantly increases the probability that he will be able to hit the ice in Montreal next season and thrive in the team’s top six.
